Anton to Join Borussia Dortmund

Waldemar Anton has reportedly agreed to join Borussia Dortmund, leaving VfB Stuttgart after the season.

The German international defender has been linked with a move to the Bundesliga giants for several weeks, and it now seems that a deal has been reached.

According to Sky Sports, Anton has given his word to Dortmund and will sign a contract with the club in the coming days.

The 25-year-old has been a key player for Stuttgart in recent seasons, making over 150 appearances for the club.

He was part of Germany's squad for the 2018 World Cup and has also represented his country at youth level.

Dortmund are reportedly paying a fee of around €20 million for Anton, who is seen as a long-term replacement for Mats Hummels.
